How long will it take for my order to arrive, and what are the shipping costs?
We aim to get your tech to you as quickly as possible! Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. After shipping, you can expect delivery within 5-7 business days across South Africa. You’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your order’s journey. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and you can see the exact fee before you complete your purchase. Keep an eye out for potential additional charges for rural areas or special delivery requests, as mentioned in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
What if I need to return something? What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy with your Ultrateq gear! If something isn’t right, you can find all the details in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Generally, if your item is faulty (within 6 months of delivery), you’re entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund as per the CPA. If you simply change your mind about an online purchase, you have 7 days from receiving it to return it (as long as it’s unused and in its original packaging), as per the ECTA. What kind of warranty do Ultrateq products come with?
All our products are covered by a standard 6-month warranty against defects in quality and suitability, as required by the CPA. This means if your tech has a problem that’s not due to misuse or normal wear and tear within that time, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it. Some products might also have additional warranties from the manufacturer, so be sure to check the product documentation. Our full Warranty Policy has all the details.
Is my personal information safe when I shop with Ultrateq?
Absolutely! Protecting your privacy and keeping your data secure is a top priority for us. We comply with South Africa’s POPIA law and have implemented various security measures, as outlined in our Privacy Policy. We use secure payment gateways like Payfast, Mobicred, and Payflex to process your payments, and we don’t store your full credit card details directly. We’ll only share your information with trusted partners (like delivery companies) to fulfill your order and will never sell your personal data.
What payment methods do you accept?
We offer a few convenient and secure payment options. You can pay directly using your debit or credit card or via Instant EFT through Payfast. We also offer “Buy Now, Pay Later” options with Mobicred and Payflex, subject to their approval and terms. You can select your preferred payment method at checkout.
