How long does shipping take, and what are the costs?

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days across South Africa, depending on stock and courier availability. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout, with possible additional charges for rural areas or special delivery requests. Once handed to the courier, the risk transfers to you, but Ultrateq will assist with claims for lost or damaged goods.

If delivery fails due to incorrect details provided by the customer, re-delivery charges may apply. If the courier is unable to deliver for other reasons, Ultrateq will work with the courier to resolve the issue. Ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout to avoid delays or extra costs.

 

All products come with a 6-month warranty as per the CPA, covering defects in quality and functionality. Some products may have an additional supplier warranty—if a defect is reported within 10 days, Ultrateq will facilitate a claim with our supplier, Rectron. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repairs, or consumables. To claim a warranty, email info@ultrateq.co.za with proof of purchase.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Payfast, Mobicred, or Payflex) within 15 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved. If your purchase was made using a Buy Now, Pay Later option (Mobicred or Payflex), the refund will be credited to your account according to their policies.
